-known for his ability to document the day with unusual wedding pictures

I personally love his work.  His website caught my eye from google.  I love the old fashion elegance of his classic work.  His photos  are definitely different and unique but yet classy.  He does an amazing job at catching beauty. My favorite photographer so far!!

Jo Liu is a pro photographer out of Los Angeles that was originally from Tawain. When she was 15 years old, her family left Taiwan and migrated to South America in search of a better life, however the language barrier was so bad that she surrounded herself in art.  Later she came to the U.S to study art at the Art Institute in Chicago.  She was awed at the technology of capturing art with pictures, and started her career in photography. 'I am often surprised at how much people reveal in front of the camera, knowingly or unknowingly. I am very interested in the human condition and I try to capture a little humanity in all of my images. Photography creates a momentary but intense bond with others.'

She has been a professional photographer for 10 years, and to present time, Jo Liu Photography is a full service fashion, beauty and advertising studio. They offer every service necessary in image creation and have worked on projects ranging from simple and intimate settings to highly complex, full productions.

Their clients include CoverGirl, CAbi, JC Penny, Walmart, Bamboo, Anne Michelle and other many talented, emerging designers and companies.

In 2006 he freelanced and was known as an advanced adobe photoshop user.He continues to study photography and is advancing to be a pro.  He favors fashion in a creative light.  I'm not a fan of his work. theres just something about it that isn't special to me.. thus i don't have much to say about him.

Eric Ryan Anderson is a photographer out of Brooklyn, NY.  He is accomplished with his works being found in Italian Vanity Fair, Vogue Hommes, Computer Arts, Sherman's Travel, Pollstar, ENVY, D Magazine, Dallas Observer and National Geographic Traveler.  He has worked with people from Viacom, Duke Reality, Atlantic Records, and Integrity Music. His work is mostly advertisment, and places or things, not ususally people.  I value more faces and places then things so i wasn't a huge fan of his work, however almost all of his work is well-done and professional.

Robert Dann is a photographer known and recognized over 4 continents, with over 15 years of experience.
What makes his style so special is the way he mixes elements of his advertising background with fashion, personal insight and artistic flair. His images have been described as fun, refreshing, energetic, gritty, bold, hauntingly beautiful, edgy, thought provoking, truly original and ‘absolutely stunning’.  I personally think his photos are over-done and a tad bit over-edited.  They're definitely personal and artistic, but a little over the top.

Andrew Gransden Photography is contemporary photography. They are from Scottland, and focus on weddings, celebrations and the natural world. They are driven by a passion for excellence and having years of experience, he is one of Scotland’s leading wedding photographers. His work captures the emotion and joy of the moment whether it be of the happy wedding couple, the family or the natural world.
I really liked the overall simplicity of their photos, with each one telling a story as each picture should.

FF #.. 8 or 9??

My photographer for this thanksgiving week is David Lachapelle.   (once again, a celebrity photographer)
David LaChapelle was born in Connecticut in 1969. He studied as a fine artist at N.Carolina School of the Arts before moving to New York. He then enrolled at both the Art Students League and the School of Visual Arts. Not yet out of high school, he was offered his professional job by Andy Warhol to work for Interview Magazine.    His photography has been showcased in tons galleries and museums, including Tony Shafrazi Gallery and Deitch Projects in New York. His pictures have been on and in between the covers of magazines such as Vogue, French Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, and Rolling Stone.

He has photographed people from kanye west to muhammed ali to leonardo dicaprio to hilary clinton, and has a style that is unique to any one person.  He like every other photographer, tries to incorporate the ideas and opinions of his subject and of his.   I personally liked his work, partly because of the people in them, but mostly because of the striking and vibrantly beautiful pictures.
